Over the past 7 years, NEI has focused its’ efforts on building focused, determined, and professional staff able to deliver exceptional results in the lawn sprinkler industry. Our people are the reason for our success!

Back in 2005, NEI was a respectable local force in the Massachusetts Market with 210 loyal customers. As of 2012, we have expanded our footprint to 8 Northeast States and boast 4,000 great, loyal customers.  How could this be possible without a staff focused on delivering great customer service and a measured 96% renewal rate?

NEI has come to realize that in order to continue the growth of our organization, we must place an emphasis on providing customers we serve additional value when it comes to their properties.  Fostering strong relationships with complimentary organizations that share similar services and company values, we can mutually offer all of our collective customers added value through a trusted list of vendors.

NEI will start referring strategic partners in Organic Lawn and Shrub Care, Arbor Care, Pest Control, and Swimming Pool Service.  Offering our customers an opportunity to improve their exterior landscape through this ‘specialized’ landscape service without ‘trial and error’ will be the added value they are looking for.  Our experience will assure them a great experience the first time they try one of our partners.
